Having lived in different countries and cities with all kinds of schedules and lifestyles, my eating habits have definitely evolved over time. But these days, it’s all about family meals for me. Our typical American kitchen is always stocked with plenty of spices — sometimes so much that our home gets a little too aromatic while cooking, lol! Spices are a must-have in my cooking. I never make a dish without seasoning, thanks to my ethnicity! Not only do they amp up the flavor, but they also come with amazing health benefits, which is a total win in today’s world. I’m also a big advocate for eating more fruits and veggies because a healthy gut is a goal for everyone at my table.
