Thank you for supporting our art studio! Each piece is crafted with care, and we hope you love what you receive. Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artwork, please carefully review our refund and return terms below.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at sejalsaini.art@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, please:

  • Notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.

  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund based on the nature of the issue.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as undelivered, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Color and Image Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. While we strive for accurate representation of our artwork, we cannot offer refunds for minor color variations.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
All custom pieces and print-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please confirm all details (size, medium, etc.) before placing your order.

International Orders
Currently, ready-to-ship art is available for delivery within the United States (domestic) and Canada (international). Commissions are open to additional countries - please reach out with any commission-related inquiries. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international shipments delayed or held by customs. ​
